Description
Hebe ‘Icing Sugar’ is characterized by its compact, rounded form and glossy, bright green foliage. Leaves are about 5cm long and are spear shaped. Clusters of small, delicate flowers appear in summer, creating a profusion of colour. The flowers range in shades from white to light lavender, attracting pollinators like bees and butterflies. Will grow to 70cm in height.
Prefers full sun to partial shade. Well-drained, slightly acidic to neutral soil is ideal for this shrub. Amending the soil with organic matter can enhance its performance.
