Aucuba japonica ‘Jungle Girl forms a dense, bushy habit with mainly bold dark green leaves, occasionally marked with yellow spots.
Small clusters of olive green flowers appear, followed by very dark crimson-red berries in autumn. As a female plant, it thrives in shady and dry conditions, making it suitable for planting under trees.
Expect it to grow to about 2 meters in both height and width but can be pruned quite easily.
A great choice for brightening up dull corners! Slightly frost hardy
